APPOINTMENT OF Sri KAILA RAMA KRISHNA, ADVOCATE AS PUBLIC
PROSECUTOR FOR THE COURT OF DISTRICT & SESSIONS JUDGE,
MACHILIPATNAM.
[G.O.Rt.No. 10, Home (Courts.A), 3rd January, 2018].
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act
No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No. 187, Law (L) Department, dated : 06-12-2000,
Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri Kaila Rama Krishna, Advocate as Public Prosecutor
for the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Machilipatnam, Krishna District for a period of three (3)
years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He
shall be paid with a consolidated honorarium of Rs. 24,000/- (Rupees Twenty Four Thousand only) per
month, as per G.O.Rt.No. 174, Law (L.3) Department, dated : 31-01-2014. The conditions of service of
the said Public Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the
G.O.Ms.No. 187, Law (L) Department, dated : 06-12-2000.
