MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the12th January, 2018
S.O. 197(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956, (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the District Revenue
Officer Mahendergarh as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under
the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in
respect of the stretch of land from Km 38.150 to Km 78.540of the National Highway No. 11
(Rewari-Narnaul-Singhana Border Section) and Km 4.9 to Km 31.500of the National Highway No.
148B(Narnaul – Nangal Chaudhary – PaniyalaMor Section) for building (widening/four-laning, etc.)
maintenance, management and operation in the State of Haryana as specified in the Schedule given
below.

SCHEDULE

Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No. 11 (Rewari-Narnaul-Singhana Border Section) on the
stretch from Km. 38.150 to Km. 78.540 and National Highway No. 148B (Narnaul – Nangal Chaudhary –
PaniyalaMor Section) on the stretch from Km. 4.9 to Km. 31.500 including proposed bypasses for Rewari, Ateli
Mandi, Bachhod, Narnaul and Nangal Chaudhary in the State of Haryana.
