New Delhi, the 29th December, 2017
O.N. 4(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of section 22 of the Representation of the
People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby, makes the following further amendments in
its Notification No. 434/UP-HP/2014(1), dated 19th February, 2014, as amended from time to time, relating to
appointment of Assistant Returning Officers of Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh namely;
In column 2 of the table appended to the said notification for the existing entry “5. Additional City Magistrate-
1st, Allahabad”, against item No. 51-Phulpur, the entry “5. City Magistrate, Allahabad” shall be substituted.
