NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th January, 2017
S.O. 218(E) .— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub – section (1) of section 3A of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O.3041(E), dated 23rd
September, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 23rd
September, 2016, namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification, -
Against serial no. 1, relating to District “Haridwar”, Taluk/Tehsil “(1) Haridwar”, Vill-“(1) Gaindikhata”, line
no. 5 and 6, the entries mentioned in Column No. (5) (6) (7) & (8) shall be substituted as under;
