(cid:7408)दनांक 22.12.2016 के का.आ. 415 (अ) के (cid:7367)ारा भारत के राजप(cid:7074), असाधारण, भाग–II, 3 खंड III, उप खंड (ii) म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)कािशत
अिधसूचना म(cid:7286) िन(cid:7388) संशोधन करते ह (cid:7289)यथा- :
उ(cid:7334) अिधसूचना के अंितम अनु(cid:6994)छेद म(cid:7286) “इसके (cid:7079)काशन क(cid:7409) ितिथ से यह लागू होगा” श(cid:7011)द(cid:7298) और अ(cid:6979)र(cid:7298) के (cid:7021)थान पर “15 फरवरी,
2017 से लागू होगा” श(cid:7011)द और अ(cid:6979)र (cid:7079)ित(cid:7021)थािपत (cid:7408)कये जाने चािहए ।

NOTIFICATION
Kolkata, the 16th January, 2017
S.O. 151(E).—Pursuant to Clause 4(2) of the Jute and Jute Textiles Control Order, 2016 the Jute Commissioner
hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide S.O. 4158(E) dated 22-12-2016 namely :-
In the said Notification at the last paragraph for the words and letters “will come into force from the date of its
publication” the words and letters “will come into force from 15th February, 2017” shall be substituted.
