NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 2016
S.O. 83(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Sub----Divisional officer, Sanchore as the competent authority
to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification
in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land in Design Chainage from Km. 0.000 to km 11.800 (Existing
Chainage km 0.000 to km 12.000) of the National highway No. 168-A for building (widening/ two-laning/four-laning
with paved shoulders, etc.) maintenance, management and operation in the state of Rajasthan as specified in the Schedule
given below.

Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No. 168-A. in the state of Rajasthan on the stretch of Design
