राजमाग(cid:13) स.ं 222( नई रारा. 61) के ’कमी. 634/000 (भस, ा मंडल का माटेगांव गांव) के भूखंड के िनमाण(cid:13) (टोल .लाजा
आ’द), अनुर1ण, (cid:31)बंधन और (cid:31)चालन के लोक (cid:31)योजन के उस अिधसूचना स ेउपाब6 अनुसचू ी म (cid:16)िविन7द8 भिू म का अज(cid:13)न
करने के अपन ेआशय क(cid:23) घोषणा क(cid:23) थी।
और उ(cid:22) अिधसूचना का सार उ(cid:22) अिधिनयम क(cid:23) धारा 3क क(cid:23) उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख 25.07.2015 को
“ड:े न ;ोिनकल” और तारीख 24.07.2015 के “तेलगु जे. डी. पि(cid:29)का ईनाडु” म (cid:16)(cid:31)कािशत ’कया गया था;
और आ1ेप (cid:31)ा< =ए थ े और स1म (cid:31)ािधकारी ने उन पर िवचार कर िलया ह ैऔर आ1ेपA को अननुBात कर ’दया
गया ह।ै
और स1म (cid:31)ािधकारी न ेउ(cid:22) अिधिनयम क(cid:23) धारा 3घ क(cid:23) उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,(cid:16) के(cid:3)(cid:4)ीय सरकार को अपनी
(cid:24)रपोट(cid:13) द ेदी ह;ै
अतः अब, के(cid:3)(cid:4)ीय सरकार, स1म (cid:31)ािधकारी क(cid:23) उ(cid:22) (cid:24)रपोट(cid:13) (cid:31)ा< हो जान े पर और उ(cid:22) अिधिनयम क(cid:23) धारा 3घ क(cid:23)
उपधारा (1) $ारा (cid:31)ा< शि(cid:22)यA का (cid:31)योग करते =ए यह घोषणा करती ह ै ’क उ(cid:22) अनसु ूची म(cid:16) िविन7द8 भूिम का पूवF(cid:22)
(cid:31)योजन के िलए अज(cid:13)न ’कया जाना चािहए:

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th January, 2016
S.O. 164(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways number S.O.1419(E), dated:27.05.2015, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3,
Sub-section (ii) issued under sub–section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (herein
after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the
Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (Toll plaza etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of
National Highway No.222(New NH-61) on the stretch of land at Km.634/000.(Mategaon village of Bhainsa mandal) in
Adilabad District in the State of Telangana.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Deccan Chronicle “(English) dated
27.07.2015 and “Telugu J.D. Patrika Eenadu” (Telugu daily) 24.07.2015”, under sub- section (3) of section 3A of the
said Act.
And whereas objection has been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent
authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government here by declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub–section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government here by
declared that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest
absolutely with the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
