New Delhi, the 21st January, 2015
S.O. 205(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 29 read with section 14 of the
Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers’ Rights Act, 2001 (53 of 2001), the Central Government hereby notifies the
following genera or species (not being extant varieties and farmers’ varieties) as eligible for registration under the said
Act, namely:-
