8.0, 3H(E}—In exercise of the powers cunfemred by sub-section (1) of
tho sootion 3A uf Nations] Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) thereinater

intention to acquive such land;

Any person interested in the land. may. within twenty one days tio Une
dote of publication of Uris etificacioa in Official Gazette raise abjestion the
‘age ofthe lant fr the aforesaid purpose:

Evary such objection slull be imide w die competent authori
‘writing, and shall set cut the groonds thereof and the competent authatity
give the abjector an opportunity uf being heard either in person or chsough
Tegat practitioner and may, after hearing ofall such objections and aftor making
sock listher inquiry, if any, as the cummpeten! authority thinks necessary, by
order, either allow of disallow the objections;

Any order made by the competent authorily under sub-section (2) of
section 3C of the said Act shell be final,
