NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1lth January, 2000
G.S.R. 32 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by 9A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances
Act. ) 985 (61 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Narcotic Drags and
Psychotropic Substances (Regulation of Controlled Substances) Order, 1993, namely :—

(a) In Form 4, —
(i) in column 2, against the Sl No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted,
namely :—
"States of Haryana and the National Capital Territory of Delhi";
(ii) In column No. 2, against Sl. No. 5 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted,
namely:—
"Slates of Goa, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh";
(iii) After Sl No. 6 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely .—
