by Sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Coir Industry Act, S.R.O. 3983, dated the 12th December, 1955
1953 (45 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Coir In- SR.O. 877, dated the 9th April, 1960

the Director, Coir Development, Government of Kerala, to
