L.-33004/98 The Gazette of India EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 33] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 27, 1999/MAGHA 7, 1920 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th January, 1999 No. 5/99—CUSTOMS (NT) S.O. 34(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 61/94-Customs (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely ;— 224 GI/99 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial No. 16 relating to Uttar Pradesh, against item (c) in column (3), in column (4), for the entry, the following shall be substituted, namely :- "Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods."
