JG PACKAGE description LM211, LM311 . . . D, JG, OR P PACKAGE (TOP VIEWI The LM111, LM211, and LM311 are single high- speed voltage comparators. These devices are EMIT OUT VCC + designed to operate from a wide range of power IN + COL OUT supply voltage, including ± 15-V supplies for IN — BAL/STRB operational amplifiers and 5-V supplies for logic VCC — BALANCE systems. The output levels are compatible with most TTL and MOS circuits. These comparators LM111 . . . U FLAT PACKAGE 3 are capable of driving lamps or relays and (TOP VIEWI switching voltages up to 50 V at 50 mA. All inputs and outputs can be isolated from system EMIT OUT VCC + ground. The outputs can drive loads referenced IN + COL OUT rs to ground, Vcc + or Vcc _ . Offset balancing IN— NC o and strobe capability are available and the NC BAL/STRB at outputs can be wire-OR connected. If the strobe VCC- BALANCE ar is low, the output will be in the off state p regardless of the differential input. m LM111 . . .
