He is the author of Global Distributive Justice (2012), and is working on a book defending a global egali- tarian theory of natural resource justice. Richard J. Arneson holds the Valtz Family Chair in Philosophy at University of California, San Diego, where he teaches moral and political philosophy, and he has an affiliation with the Center for the Philosophy of Freedom at the University of Arizona.
