In this book, you will read practical information aboutwhat fungal illness is, how common a health problem it is, howto recognize it by its symp- toms, and how to eradicate it from the body. The testimonials presented give strong support to the seriousness and frequency offungal illness as a human health problem. I, too, have seen my own in practice fungi representing the primary underlying cause ofdiverse health conditions including chronic fatigue syn- drome, crippling arthritis, severe intestinal disorders, chronic allergies, chronic respiratory illness, "brain fog" syndrome, de- pression, and chronic sicin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, pru- ritic dermatitis). The sections written by other health professionals prove that fungal illness is being recognized by more and more doctors for its serious impact on human health. Ifyou or someone you love has a chronic illness, read this book thoroughly. Next, reflect on or pray about what you have read. Then strongly consider changing your diet (or the diet ofyour loved one) for a few weeks to starve the fungi (as described in the appendix). Even consider taking some anti-fungal herbals (also described in the appendix) or prescription anti-fungal The Fungus Link medications ifyou can find a doctorwho will assist you. When you do these things and you initially feel worse (described in this book as the Herxheimer "die off" reaction) then days later feel better than you have in a long time, you probablyhad fungi causing much ofyour illness. Become proactive, take charge of your own health, and seek out a health practitionerwho under- stands the effect offungal illness and related conditions on your health. Read, learn, implement what you learn, and be well! Wm. Lee Cowden, M. D. Alternative Medicine co-auth/or: Definitive Guide to Cancer and Cancer Diagnosis: What To Do Next
