22nd JANUARY 2017 TO INQUIRE THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SECRETARIAT COMPLEX
AT OMANDURAR GOVERNMENT ESTATE, CHENNAI-2.
AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

No. II(2)/PUBG/38(a)/2017.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry
Act, 1952 (Central Act LX of 1952), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment
to the Public (Buildings) Department’s Notification No. II(2)/PUBG/286(c)/2011, dated the 22nd June 2011,
published at pages 1–2 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated
the 22nd June 2011, as subsequently amended.
AMENDMENT
In the said Notification, in paragraph 3, for the expression “sixty seven”, the expression “seventy”
shall be substituted.
