and Persian. I decide to talk about the role of people and other useful factors in the series. I discuss the importance of every task and time to the success of a business. My mother, “Mrs Akram” I have called her “Hajj Kha- noom” all my life; that is because she spent her youthful age taking care of me. She has always encouraged me to be a doctor or teacher. I did not like to be a doctor but I con- sidered being a teacher sometimes. I started considering being a teacher because of its captivating occurrences and projects just because of my “mother”. Most of these busi- ness and academic books written by me have been curled and adapted from my classes and lectures. These books are my gift to “Hajj Khanoom”. I did that to compensate my mother as I cannot turn back her age and make her younger, still I can fulfill her dream and wish by being a teacher. For more than thirty years ago, thousands of acquain- tances have been asking me questions and have been com- ing to me for consultations. During these years, I have been able to establish common factor: lack of recognition or limited recognition of one’s own realities and consequent- ly, not to be able to make decisions or making wrong deci- sions resulted in sometimes irrecoverable effects through their life. Patiently waiting to write my books, everything then happened silently, all stuffs started coming through my 9
