Tektronixwarrantsthatthisproductwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofone(1)yearfromthedateof
shipment. Ifanysuchproductprovesdefectiveduringthiswarrantyperiod,Tektronix,atitsoption,eitherwillrepairthedefective
productwithoutchargeforpartsandlabor,orwillprovideareplacementinexchangeforthedefectiveproduct. Parts,modulesand
replacementproductsusedbyTektronixforwarrantyworkmaybeneworreconditionedtolikenewperformance. Allreplaced
parts,modulesandproductsbecomethepropertyofTektronix.
Inordertoobtainserviceunderthiswarranty,CustomermustnotifyTektronixofthedefectbeforetheexpirationofthewarrantyperiod
andmakesuitablearrangementsfortheperformanceofservice. Customershallberesponsibleforpackagingandshippingthe
defectiveproducttotheservicecenterdesignatedbyTektronix,withshippingchargesprepaid. Tektronixshallpayforthereturnofthe
producttoCustomeriftheshipmentistoalocationwithinthecountryinwhichtheTektronixservicecenterislocated. Customershall
beresponsibleforpayingallshippingcharges,duties,taxes,andanyotherchargesforproductsreturnedtoanyotherlocations.
Thiswarrantyshallnotapplytoanydefect,failureordamagecausedbyimproperuseorimproperorinadequatemaintenanceand

Useproperpowercord. Useonlythepowercordspecifiedforthisproductandcertifiedforthecountryofuse.
Groundtheproduct. Thisproductisgroundedthroughthegroundingconductorofthepowercord. Toavoidelectric
