Nagar, Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Liverpool Hope University, Liverpool, UK Thisbookseriespublishesresearchontheanalysisanddevelopmentofalgorithms for intelligent systems with their applications to various real world problems. It covers research related to autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, behavioral modeling, reinforcement learning, game theory, mechanism design, machine learning, meta-heuristic search, optimization, planning and scheduling, artificial neural networks, evolutionary computation, swarm intelligence and other algo- rithms for intelligent systems. The book series includes recent advancements, modification and applications of the artificial neural networks, evolutionary computation, swarm intelligence, artificial immune systems, fuzzy system, autonomous and multi agent systems, machine learning and other intelligent systems related areas. The material will be beneficial for the graduate students, post-graduate students as well as the researchers who want a broader view of advances in algorithms for intelligent systems. The contents will also be useful to the researchers from other fields who have no knowledge of the power of intelligent systems, e.g. the researchers in the field of bioinformatics, biochemists, mechanical and chemical engineers, economists, musiciansand medical practitioners. The series publishes monographs, edited volumes, advanced textbooks and selectedproceedings. IJCCI 2019 has been jointly organized by the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB),Bangladesh,JahangirnagarUniversity(JU),Bangladesh, andSouthAsian University (SAU), India. It was held on October 25–26, 2019, at ULAB, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The conference was conceived as a platform for disseminating and exchanging ideas, concepts and results of the researchers from academia and industry to develop a comprehensive understanding of the challenges of the advancements of intelligence in computational viewpoints. This book will help in strengtheningacongenialandnicenetworkingbetweenacademiaandindustry. The conference focused on collective intelligence, soft computing, optimization, cloud computing, machine learning, intelligent software, robotics, data science, data security, bigdataanalytics, signalandnaturallanguageprocessing.Thisconference is an update of the first two conferences: (1) International Workshop on Computational Intelligence (IWCI 2016) that was held onDecember 12–13, 2016, at JU, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in collaboration with SAU, India, under the technical co-sponsorshipofIEEEBangladeshSection;and(2)InternationalJointConference on Computational Intelligence (IJCCI 2018) that was held on December 14–15, 2018, at Daffodil International University (DIU) in collaboration with JU, Bangladesh, andSAU,India.Allacceptedand presentedpapers of IWCI 2016are inIEEEXploreDigitalLibraryandIJCCI2018areinSpringerNatureBookSeries Algorithms for Intelligent Systems (AIS). We have tried our best to enrich the qualityoftheIJCCI2019throughstringentandcarefulpeerreviewprocess.IJCCI 2019received143papersfrom18differentcountries,and54paperswereaccepted for presentation. However, three papers were excluded after a careful editorial review, and the final proceedings contained 51 papers. v vi Preface In fact, this book presents the novel contributions in the areas of computational intelligence, and it serves as a reference material for advance research.
