TheFirst1000Miles(1500km)
Themorecautiouslyyoutreatyourvehicleduringthebreak-inperiod,themoresatisfiedyouwillbewithitsperformancelateron.
Therefore,driveyourvehicleduringthefirst1500km(1000miles)atmoderatevehicleandengine-speeds.
Duringthisperiod,avoidheavyloads(fullthrottledriving)andhighRPM(nomorethan2/3ofmaximumpermissiblespeedineach
gearasindicatedonthespeedometer).
Avoidacceleratingbykickdown.Itisnotrecommendedtobrakethevehiclebymanuallyshiftingtoalowergear.Werecommendto
selectpositions"3"or"2"onlyatmoderatespeeds(forhilldriving).
After1000miles(1500km)speedsmaybegraduallyincreasedtothepermissiblemaximum
Maintenance

RadioTransmitters
Warning!
Neveroperateradiotransmittersequippedwithabuilt-inorattachedantenna(i.e.withoutthetelephone
connectedtoanexternalantenna)frominsidethevehiclewhiletheengineisrunning.Doingsocouldlead
toamalfunctionofthevehicle'selectronicsystem,possiblyresultinginanaccidentandpersonalinjury.
Radiotransmitters,suchasaportabletelephoneoraciticensbandunitshouldonlybeusedinside
