I am writing in response to your request dated December 20, 2018, asking for the following:

All email communications (including emails, email attachments, or calendar
invitations/entries) between James Nicholas “Nick” Ayers and any of the following officials,
or anyone communicating on their behalves (such as an executive assistant or
administrative assistant):
1. Governor Scott Walker
2. Lt. Governor Rebecca Ann Kleefisch
3. Chief of Staff Eric Schutt
4. Former Chief of Staff Rich Zipperer
Please provide all responsive records from June 1, 2018, through November 30, 2018.

Our office is unable to identify with certainty the names of every person that may have contacted
our office on behalf of the listed individual. If you have specific names that you would like us to
search, please let us know.

A search of the records of the Office of the Governor has been completed, and no responsive
records have been found.
