Fine structure prominence dynamics are visible in the majority of high-spatial resolution data
from SDO and Hinode SOT. We present the results of a study investigating the nature of these
horizontal and vertical flows and discuss them in the context of ion-neutral coupling in a
partially ionized prominence plasma. We also discuss how models can help in the interpretation
of these observations.
