Dear A2Zians,
I write this message in the most exciting times in the Growth Trajectory
of A2Z Group.
A2Z Group has come a long way from being a small player in the Facility
Management Industry to becoming a well Diversified Business Group,
having established sound leadership in an exciting portfolio of opportu-
nities viz. Power Transmission and Distribution EPC, Solid Waste Man-
agement, Biomass Power Generation, Facilities Management and IT
Application –Power Sector etc.
The ‘Raising Day’ on the 7th of January this year was not just about
celebrating another excellent year in terms of business performance
but it also marked the ‘Raising of the Bar’ by A2Z Group, yet again, by
successfully going Public.
This has been made possible by our belief in the Core Values (Fair Prac-
tice, Honesty, Integrity and Creativity) to achieve the Core Purpose of
Empowering the Nation, Nurturing Entrepreneurship.
One way is to celebrate this success and rest on its laurels, but that
would defeat our Core Purpose. Thus we have to tighten our shoes and
keep achieving the Goals that we have set for ourselves in the future.
Hence we have to, continuously, keep ‘Raising the Bar’ and create
greater shareholders’ wealth.
I would urge all you members of the A2Z Family to keep up the good
work and strive hard to achieve greater heights in future.

An MBA from IIM, Lucknow and B.E. (Production) from University of
Mumbai; Mr. Vinod M.Shenoy brings with him 14 years of rich work
experience. In his last assignment he was the Co-Founder of Baobab
Cleantech Pvt Ltd and prior to that he was Co-founder of Rang 7.com, an
online travel portal.

Mr. S.K Juneja has joined A2Z Powercom Ltd. as Associate Vice President.
Mr. Juneja has done his B.Com from Rohtak University and Chartered
Accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has
more than 18 years of rich work experience, especially in Income Tax,
Value Added Tax, Central Sales Tax, Service Tax, projection for term loans
& working capital and technical analysis of equities.
Prior to joining the A2Z Family, Mr. Juneja was practicing as a Chartered
Accountant. He has handled various Tax matters and extensively worked
for Statutory and Tax Audit of Banks, Insurance Companies and other

PROJECT ROAD BUILDING
A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd. crossed another milestone in April 2010, when
it received a contract for building 19.2 Km of Roads encompassing 8 projects in Bihar rural
areas under the prestigious Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. All these projects were
expected to be completed in 12 months. It is to the credit of A2Z that we completed one of the
projects comprising 2.6 Kms. in record time of four months. Considering our excellent efforts,
our client, NHPC Ltd. in appreciation of our work have allowed us to compete for new Road
Construction Projects worth Rs 49 cr. comprising 21 projects.
The snaps of these sites during our work and after completion is placed alongside for all to
appreciate the good efforts of our dedicated field team in Bihar.


TO BECOME A TOP PLAYER IN FACILITY
MANAGEMENT SERVICES
We are all aware that A2Z INFRASERVICES LTD. acquired a strategic stake in CNCS Facility
Solutions Pvt. Ltd last year. To further strengthen the graph of business growth in Facility
Management Services, A2Z Infraservices Ltd. has acquired 100% stake in IL&FS Property
Management & Services Limited (IPM&SL), a facility management vertical of Infrastructure
Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) Group. IL&FS in turn acquired 20% stake in A2Z’s FMS
Business.
While the A2Z’s business was strong in the North, CNCS was strong in the West and IPMSL
had a significant market presence in South India.
Under IL&FS ownership, IPM&SL has successfully grown from a small service provider to
establishing itself as one of India's largest Facilities Management Service (FMS) providers.
Its operations have been growing across India and it has a strong presence in Facilities
Management, Project Management and Transaction Management Businesses.
The FMS market has, however, become an increasingly global and competitive one, and for
IPM&SL to continue delivering at the highest level, it needed the support of an owner with
the focus, expertise, resources and ambition to support and take the company’s vision
forward.
The strategic alliance with the A2Z Group leads to synergies between the three groups and

MUZAFFARNAGAR
Muzaffarnagar Plant started production with the Capacity of 30 to 40 Tonnes per day of
Compost. Power Connection for Muzaffarnagar Plant with a Capacity 210 KVA has been
installed. We have been awarded the Collection & Transportation Job for 10 Years at Muzaf-
farnagar.
GOA
We have signed an agreement with the Corporation of the City of Panaji (GOA) to establish a
MSW Project of 20 Tonnes per day processing through Anaerobic Digestion System at Patto
Plaza for A2Z. With this we will be Creating Cleaner Climate and Producing Compost and also
Generate Electricity through Biomethanation Technology.
