Open innovation could bring profit to companies and organisations via the inflowofamultitudeofnewideasthatareputintoactionasnewproducts, services and solutions. What are the challenges of open innovation, andhowareindustriesandorganisationstocapitaliseonthedistributed knowledge and inventions and successfully bring these inventions, via the manufacturing process flows, on to the market place?
