NOTIFICATION

Thiruvananthapuram, 17th December 2009.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections
3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read
with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Gov-
ernment of Kerala hereby re-appoint
Sri R. Sudhakaran, Advocate, S. S. Dale, Kizhakkepuram P. O.,
Varkala, Chirayinkeezhu Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram-695 310 as No-
tary for a further period of five years with effect from
2-12-2009 in the area comprising the Sub Division
Chirayinkeezhu in the Revenue District of Thiruvananthapuram
with Register No. 1/2004/TVPM.
