She authored the previous edition of Japanese For Dummies (Wiley), as well as Contemporary Japanese: A Textbook for College Students (Tuttle) and Japanese Demystified (McGraw Hill). She also coauthored My First Japanese Kanji Book (Tuttle), Essential Japanese Grammar (Tuttle), and Basic Japanese (Tuttle).
