wide(dependingonwhichwaythemountingearsareattached),and12inches(304.8mm)deep.Youcan
installuptofourONS15454ANSIsinaseven-foot(2133.6mm)equipmentrack.TheONS15454ANSI
musthaveoneinch(25.4mm)ofairspacebelowtheinstalledshelftoallowairflowtothefanintake.Ifa
secondONS15454ANSIisinstalledunderneaththeshelf,theairrampontopofthelowershelfprovidesthe
airspacingneededandshouldnotbemodifiedinanyway.Thefollowingfigureshowsthedimensionsofthe

limitedtothreeONS15454ANSIshelvesandafuseandalarmpanel,orfourONS15454ANSIshelvesusing
afuseandalarmpanelfromanadjacentrack.
Ifyouareusingtheexternal(bottom)bracketstoinstallthefan-trayairfilter,youcaninstallthreeshelf
assembliesinastandardseven-foot(2.133-m)rack.Ifyouarenotusingtheexternal(bottom)brackets,you
caninstallfourshelfassembliesinarack.Theadvantageofusingthebottombracketsisthatyoucanreplace
thefilterwithoutremovingthefan-tray.

(11.8-inch)equipmentcabinet/rack.Theshelfprojects240mm(9.45inches)fromthefrontoftherack.It
mountsinETSI-standardracks.Theshelfisatotalof435mm(17.35inches)widewithnomountingears
attached.RingrunsarenotprovidedbyCiscoandmighthinderside-by-sideinstallationofshelveswhere
spaceislimited.
TheONS15454ETSIshelfmeasures616.5mm(24.27inches)high,535mm(21.06inches)wide,and280
mm(11.02inches)deep.YoucaninstalluptothreeONS15454ETSIshelvesinaseven-foot(2133.6mm)
equipmentrack.TheONS15454ETSImusthaveoneinch(25.4mm)ofairspacebelowtheinstalledshelf
toallowairflowtothefanintake.IfasecondONS15454ETSIisinstalledbelowthefirstshelf,anETSIair
rampunitmustbeassembledbetweenthetwoshelvestoensureadequateairflow.
