The2014InternationalConferenceonInformatics,NetworkingandIntelligentComputing(INIC2014)willbe
heldinShenzhen,ChinaonNovember16–17,2014.Themainpurposeofthisconferenceistoprovideacommon
forumforexpertsandscholarsofexcellenceintheirdomainsfromallovertheworldtopresenttheirlatestand
inspiringworksintheareaofinformatics,networkingandintelligentcomputing.
Theinformaticsishelpfulforpeopletomakefulluseofinformationtechnologyandmeanstoimprovethe
efficiencyofwork.Inrecentyears,thenetworkingtechnologyhasexperiencedarapiddevelopmentanditis
widelyusedinbothourdailylifeandindustrialmanufacturing,suchasgames,education,entertainment,stocks
andbonds,financialtransactions,architecturaldesign,communicationandsoon.Anycompanyorinstitution
withambitioncannotlivewithoutthelatesthigh-techproducts.Atpresent,intelligentcomputingisoneofthe
mostimportantmethodsofintelligentscienceandalsoisthecurrenttopicoftheinformationtechnology.For
example,machinelearning,dataminingandintelligentcontrolhavebecomethehottopicsofcurrentresearch.
Ingeneral,informatics,networkingandintelligentcomputinghavebecomemoreandmoreessentialtopeople’s
lifeandwork.
INIC2014hasreceivedalargenumberofpapersandfifty-eightpaperswerefinallyacceptedafterreviewing.
Thesearticlesweredividedintoseveralsessions,suchascomputationalintelligence,networkingtechnologyand
engineering,systemsandsoftwareengineering,informationtechnologyandengineeringapplicationandsignal
anddataprocessing.
Duringtheorganizationcourse,wehavereceivedmuchhelpfrommanypeopleandinstitutions.Firstly,we
wouldliketoshowourthankfulnesstothewholecommitteefortheirsupportandenthusiasm.Secondly,we
