The conference series is a premier forum for image processing, computer graphics, and related topics, including but not limited to image analysis and understanding, computer vision and pattern recognition, big data mining, virtual reality and augmented reality, and image technology appli- cations. It provides an excellent platform for exchanging new ideas, new approaches, new techniques, new applications, and new evaluations. The conference program includes keynotes presentations, oral papers, posters, demos,andexhibitions.Thisyearwereceivedatotalof138submissionsfortechnical presentation. Each of the manuscripts was assessed by at least two reviewers, with someofthembeingassessedbythreereviewers.Aftercarefulevaluation,atotalof64 manuscripts were selected for oral and poster presentations.
