ICSID/10 MEMBERS OF THE PANELS OF CONCILIATORS AND OF ARBITRATORS (October 2016) In accordance with Article 3 of the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes maintains a Panel of Conciliators and a Panel of Arbitrators. The members of the Panels are listed in the attachment hereto. The list consists of two parts, as follows: Part I - Designations by the Chairman of the Administrative Council (Article 13(2) of the Convention), and Part II - Designations by Contracting States (Article 13(1) of the Convention). A table of contents, explanatory notes and a list of Contracting States which have designated Panel members are provided in English, French and Spanish at pages 2-5.
