BE WISE AS A SERPENT

Jesus warned us to be …
“wise as serpents
and gentle as doves”,
yet few understand what that actually
means. How can one be wise as a serpent but not under-
stand the enemy? It is not possible.
The Bible is full of metaphors and symbolism. Most Chris-
tians would agree, there is an answer in the Bible for just
about everything. Many advanced Bible teachers explain
that some things the prophets saw in their visions had to
be explained with “terms” the writer understood. Yet Bible
teachers today often do the same thing. Some suggest
that “locusts” might be helicopters. But “what if” they are
referring to something else? Is it not reasonable to pre-
pare yourself for the “unexpected”?
Let’s examine Zechariah 5:1-3
I looked up again and saw a flying roll. The angel
asked me, "What do you see?" "I see a flying roll,"
I answered. "It's 30 feet long and 15 feet wide." 3
Then he said to me, "This is a curse that will go
out all over the earth.
Why do you suppose this “roll” or “scroll” was flying? Why
were the dimensions described so clearly? Was it really a
scroll? There are many terms used in the Bible to describe
visions seen by the prophets that many teachers struggle
to explain even today.
Taboo Christian Subjects
There are certain realities that most Christians prefer not
to discuss. Christians typically do not like to discuss dino-
saurs and 50,000 year old meteor craters such as the one
at the Arizona Canyonlands National Park. Many Chris-
tians enjoy watching television shows such as “UFO Hunt-
ers” and “Ancient Aliens” on the History Channel, but they
prefer to keep the information tucked away as some kind
of “science fiction”. But GOD created science, did he not?
Rather than searching the scripture for the mysteries hid-
den in the Bible for the answers, we tend to just “wave off”
the subject, even to the demise of our fellow man.
Is it not our duty to save souls for the Kingdom?
Is it not our duty to be able to talk about these subjects
and map them back to scripture?
Aren’t we suppose to save even the Scientists?
Luke 21:26
… men's hearts failing them from fear and the expecta-
tion of those things which are coming on the earth …
Question: What “THINGS” are “coming on the earth, and
why are men’s hearts failing?
Luke 21:28
Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift
up your heads, because your redemption draws near.
Question: Why are we told to “look up”? Our redemption
draws near, but it is not yet. What are we looking up at?

The Great Falling Away
The great “Falling Away” will happen as a result of a mas-
sive UFO invasion or “disclosure”. The beginning of the
Great Tribulation is marked by their appearance in large
numbers. Daniel 9:27 marks the beginning of the Great
Tribulation in the middle of the week.
