Ingredients
1/4 C. butter brown mustard
1 Walla Walla or other sweet onion, thinly sliced sauerkraut (optional)
1 (4 oz.) package cream cheese
4 hot dogs, or your favorite sausages
4 hot dog buns
Directions
1. Set your outdoor grill for medium-high heat and coat the grill grate lightly.
2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the onion for about 15 minutes or till softened.
3. In another small pan, add the cream cheese and heat over low heat till it becomes soft.
4. Meanwhile, cook the hot dog buns on the grill till golden brown from both sides.
5. Place the cream cheese over the hot dogs buns evenly, followed by hot dog or sausage, onion,
mustard and sauerkraut (if you like).
