Our cooking classes are located within Auberge de Seattle Inn, in the
Woodinville Wine Country, on the Eastside of Seattle. Hands-on cooking
school specializing in French cuisine, French Macaron Cookies, moral team
building French cooking classes, and gift certificates on the Eastside of
Seattle in the Woodinville Wine Country.
French Cooking Classes
Originally a five acre private estate that has now been developed into a commercial
establishment. You won't find our classes to be held in the cold and industrial type of
cooking class kitchen...we take our cues from the warm and homey French "manoirs" in
the Loire Valley of France.

Our classes are unique culinary experiences for those interested in a non-threatening
hands-on cooking environment under the guidance of one of innovative chefs. Our
focus is on French "CLASSICAL" cuisine, compared to French Haut Cuisine.. We
welcome our guests to meander on our grounds and visit our "potager" vegetable
garden
French Macaron Cookies
These little cookie delights are all the rage in France and now we have them
too! Our bite size French macaron cookies come in three assorted flavors to
a box: Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon and Lavender. 24 French Macaron Cookies
for a box for $30.00. French Macaron cookies have been around forever in
France.
Les Macarons are meringue-based cookie made with Confectionery Sugar,
Sugar, Almond flour and lots of Egg whites then filled with Swiss Buttercream
flavors.
