The fan is available in 12 sizes and covers air flow up to 14 m3/s (50 400 m3/h) and pressure rises up to 2 400 Pa. The fan is equipped with high efficiency PM- motors which are driven by frequency converter using either 0 - 10 V input or the MODBUS-RTU interface for communication. Fan is ready to be used - plug and play. The GMPM fans are certified by TÜV in accordance with RLT-Richt- linie Zertifizierung: August 2015/a in Class B0. Manufacturing data is according to DIN 24166 class LK1. AVAILABLE VERSIONS In CentriFlow 3D GMPM the same impeller is available with a perm anent magnet motor in several drive arrangements, see below. The impeller is made of aluminium. The hollow section airfoil blades are made of extruded aluminium profile and are welded to impeller front and back plate. The leading edges of blades are inclined and the blades are backward curved. Number of blades is six (6). HUB Built-on drive The hub is made of die casted aluminium in sizes 025 - 071 and of steel in sizes 080 - 090. Motor is fastened to the hub using a keyway and a fastening screw, and additionally secured by an end bolt and washer. MOTOR BRACKET AND BASE FRAME The motor bracket is made of galvanized sheet steel (sizes 025-071) or of welded sheet steel and painted with 100 µm thick epoxy powder paint (sizes 080-090). Loose drive The base frame is made of galvanized sheet steel (sizes 025-071) or hot dip galvanized steel (sizes 080-090). FläktGroup DC_9704GB_20180420_R0 Specifications are subject to alteration without notice CentriFlow 3D GMPM - Technical Catalogue 5 DESIGN DESCRIPTION FAN INLET MOTOR CentriFlow 3D GMPM fans are supplied with IE4 high efficiency permanent magnet motors and a speed controller. The high efficiency is based on permanent magnets which eliminate rotor losses and therefore less magnetizing current is needed. Permanent magnet motors are based on IEC standard frame sizes but are typically smaller than traditional AC-motors with the same nominal output power. Motors are designed to be used with a speed controller, which can be included in the delivery as loose or built-on. Speed controller has all parameters programmed before the delivery. In case of a loose delivery the screened cable is installed to the motor.
