A meeting of the Manatee County Port Authority will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., or
as soon thereafter as is practicable in the third floor meeting room of the Port Manatee Intermodal Center,
1905 Intermodal Circle, Palmetto, FL 34221, located at the intersection of South Dock Street and Reeder
Road at Port Manatee.

Anyone wishing to attend this meeting who does not have an appropriate Port Manatee identification badge
may enter Port Manatee by the north or south gate by displaying photo identification, generally a
driver’s license.

MUTIS & LOMBANA LLC (GM&L)

BACKGROUND:

GM & L is a strategic consulting firm with over 10 years of experience in assisting the
business sector in Europe, Latin America and the United States of America.

The main objective of GM & L is to advise companies, entrepreneurs and innovators to
identify business opportunities in the international market to face the challenges posed by
the implementation of those businesses in new markets.

Company activity is focused preferentially to the United States of America markets, with
emphasis on the state of Florida. Europe, South America and some countries in the West
Sub-Saharan Africa are also in their focus.

SOUTHERN

BACKGROUND:

Gene Sweet is Vice President of Sales & Business
Development at Dixie-Southern, Bradenton since 2010. Dixie-Southern is an ASME
certified fabricator of steel / stainless steel pressure vessels, tanks, stacks, large diameter
pipe, etc. serving the power, water, oil & gas and food processing markets.

Prior to joining Dixie-Southern, Gene was employed for over 25 years with Henkel
Chemicals as General Manager in the U.K. and Director of International Business
Development in Detroit, MI.

He received his B.S. in Economics from St. Francis University, PA as well as MBA
credentials from Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ. Also, he has been a member of the
Port Manatee Propeller Club for the past 5 years.

Gene currently resides in Lakewood Ranch, FL with his wife and daughter and enjoys golf
and boating in the beautiful Florida sunshine.
