Pranita Bhosale and Sangeeta Jadhav Preface The special issue is dedicated to National conference on Communication, compu- tational intelligence and learning-NCCCIL sponsored by AICTE and organized by Department of Information Technology at Army Institute of Technology from 12–13 January 2022. This conference gave the collaborative forum to academic experts, researchers and corporate professionals to enrich their knowledge in the automation and analysis of industry and business processes in a smart way. The two day conference included invited talks and paper presentations focusing on the applications of Computational intelligence, Communication, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The main goal of conference was to assess most recent developments in both theory and applications in the field of communication and computational intelligence as well as machine learning. Through the platform of conference researchers in these sub- jects exchanged their points of view and latest results. Around 150 researchers from various parts of nation participated in this conference to present their research work. In this special issue we have included 29 research papers of these contributions. To sum up I would particularly thank the participants who have contributed to constructive discussions through their presentations. I would like to thank to reviewers who have done meticulous work in selection of innovative result oriented papers. Thanks to management of AIT for supporting the conference in all respects . Thanks to organising committee members of Dept of IT for their hard work and dedication to make the conference successful. A special thanks to Mr Dewal Pratap Singh for his cooperation in this special issue. Dr. Sangeeta Jadhav Professor and Head of Dept(IT) AIT, Pune
