NOMINATION OF CHAIRMAN .

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 (4 )( a ) of Andhra
Pradesh Public Libraries Act , 1960 ,( A ct VIII of 1960 ), the Government of
Andhra Pradesh hereby nominate Sri Mandhapati Seshagiri Rao , as Chairman
of the A.P. Grandhalaya Parishad , with immediate effect .
2 . The Chairman shall hold office during the pleasure of the Governor of
Andhra Pradesh , subject to any further orders to be issued by the
Government of Andhra Pradesh , under sub -s ection (2 ) of Section 7 of the
Andhra Pradesh Public Libraries Act , 1960 (a s amended by Andhra Pradesh
Act ,1 6/1990 ).
3 . The above nomination is subject to outcome of final orders in WA No.
461 of 2021 pending with the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh .
