ORDER : The following Notification will be published in the Extra -o rdinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette , dated : FINAL NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a ) and (b ) under sub -s ection (4 ) No.13tead with sub -s ection ADARAKATONFRUPANE AANWAR PradesAqzfgricultural Produce ar @. 962 Livestock ) Markets Act , 1966 (A ct.No.16 of 1966 ) and in partial modification of the notification NOTIFTOMATIONS BYDGOVERNMENT Department , dated :2 9-10-1968 and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette ,d ated : 7th November , 1968 Part -I I Miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039 , the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby exclude the 2 Mandals i.e, ( 1 ) B. Kothakota and (2 ) Kurabalakota as specified in Annexure -I from the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee , Thamballapalli (H .Q ) Mulakalacheruvu and to declare it be a separate Agricultural Market Committee , B.Kothakota (H .Q ) Angallu , as specified in Annexure -I Ia nd notified area of the Agricultural Market Committee , Thamballapalli (H .Q ) Mulakalacheruvu as specified in Annexure -I II and called for objections and suggestions if any for consideration after expiry of 7 (S even ) days from the date of publication of notification for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce and Livestock and products of livestock specified in Schedule -I I of the aforesaid notification read with G.O.Ms.No.286 , Agriculture and Cooperation Department , dated :0 5-07-1994 , intention to make such exclusion having been previously published vide G.O.Ms.No.46 , Agrl . & Coop . Dept. dt: 0 4-03-2020 as required in sub -s ection (1 ) and (2 ) of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh (A gricultural Produce and Livestock ) Markets Act , 1966 . The objections and suggestions have not been received within the stipulated period from the date of publication of preliminary notification .
