2 . The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration shall
make alternate arrangements for the post of Commissioner of Appeals in the O /o Chief
Commissioner of Land Administration in place of Dr. P. Lakshminarasimham , IAS (N on
SCS :2 003 ), until further orders .
