ORDER :
Whereas , it is alleged that Smt . S. Elizabeth , CDPO (R etired ), while
working as Child Development Project Officer , ICDS Project , Piduguralla , Guntur
District , during the period from 02/2015 to 07/2015 has misused 1207 boxes
(1 6 litres ) of Palm Oil in collusion with Sri M. Ganga Naik , Data Entry Operator ,
ICDS Project Piduguralla , signed on the distribution register without distributing
the Palm Oil stocks to the Anganwadi Centers , thereby causing huge loss of
Rs.12,35,968 /- to the Government exchequer under the Supplementary
Nutrition Food Scheme and she is responsible for the misappropriation .
2 . Now , therefore , sanction is accorded under sub - clause [i ] of clause [b ]
of sub – rule [2 ] of Rule 9 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules , 1980 to initiate
departmental proceedings against Smt . S. Elizabeth , Child Development Project
Officer (n ow Retd ), ICDS Project , Piduguralla , Guntur District , as Government is
the competent authority since she retired from service on 30-06-2020 A.N , on
attaining the age of superannuation .
3 . It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be
conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of
A.P.C.S [C C & A] Rules , 1991 read with rule 9 of A.P.Revised Pension Rules ,
1980 , by the Government .
