NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of sub -r ule (2 ) of rule 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods
and Services Tax (E ighth Amendment ) Rules , 2021 , Go.Ms.No.08
Revenue (C T -I I) D epartment , dated : 11-01-2022 , the Government of Andhra
Pradesh , hereby notifies the 1st day of January , 2022 , as the date from which
the provisions of sub -r ule (2 ), sub -r ule (3 ), clause (i ) of sub -r ule (6 ) and
sub -r ule (7 ) of rule 2 of the said rules , shall come into force .
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from
21.12.2021 .
