EXEMPTION IN RESPECT OF VEHICLE BEARING REGISTRATION
NO . AP39 TB0111 OMNI BUS BELONGS TO VISAKHA SRI SARADA
PEETHAM , PENDURTHY , VISAKHAPATNAM .

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub -s ection (1 ) of section 9 of
Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act , 1963 (A ct 5 of 1963 ), the Governor of
Andhra Pradesh hereby grants exemption of tax payable under the said Act , in respect of
"V ehicle bearing registration No. AP39TB0111 Omni Bus belongs to Visakha
Sri Sarada Peetham , Pendurthy ,V isakhapatnam ” for a period of (3 ) three years with
effect from the date of issue of these orders .
This exemption is granted subject to condition that this vehicle shall be utilized by
Sri Sri Sri Swaroopananda Saraswathi Maha Swamiji , Visakha Sarada Peetham for
transport of Pandits at free of cost .
This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.IN01
FMU0ASD (T RBO )/ 1 3 /2 018 (1 022173 ), D t.27.12.2021 .
