K.SWARNA MARY , TAHSILDAR IN THE SPECIAL ADHOC PANEL OF THE DEPUTY COLLECTOR FOR THE YEAR 2021- 2022 - PROMOTED AS DEPUTY COLLECTOR (C ATEGORY -I I) ON PURELY TEMPORARY /A DHOC BASIS . [G .O.Ms.No.375 , Revenue (S ervices./ ), 27th December ,2 021. ] NOTIFICATION Under Rule 10 (a ) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules ,1 996 , Smt . K.Swarna Mary , Tahsildar is hereby appointed to the cadre of Deputy Collector (C ategory -I I) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (E xecutive Branch ) Rules , 1992 on purely temporary / adhoc basis , in the Revised Scale of Pay of Rs.40270-93780 , subject to the following conditions : (i ) t he placement of officers as shown above (i .e. , Roster Point ) is not based on the seniority . (i i) t he above Tahsildars considered for ad -h oc / temporary promotions /t ransfers for the post of Deputy Collectors will be cleared by the Departmental Promotion Committee in the regular panels to be conducted in future based on their seniority . [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE , January 4 , 2022 (i ii) the appointment is purely temporary under emergency provisions and does not confer any right of any kind on the individual who is liable to be reverted at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof and the excess amount drawn , if any , in this category will be recovered ; (i v) the officer shall not be regarded as a Probationer or be entitled by reason only of such appointment to any preferential claim for future appointment to such service , class or category . Their services will be regularized against the substantive vacancy meant for them only , till such time the officer has to work on temporary / ad -h oc basis in the cadre of Deputy Collector ; (v ) the adhoc promotions accorded are subject to outcome of pending O.As/ W.Ps/ SLPs , respectively and any other cases pending before any court of law and also subject to outcome of appeal filed before Government and outcome of the fresh enquiry ; (v i) the appointment is also subject to joining of the Officer in the promoted post within the stipulated time of 15 (f ifteen ) days from the date of receipt of the order as specified in rule 11 (b ) of A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules , 1996 , failing which he /s he would forfeit the right of promotion to the cadre of Deputy Collector . The officer given adhoc promotion shall immediately report before the Principal Secretary to Government (P olitical ), General Administration (S C.B ) Department , A.P. , Secretariat , Velgapudi , for issuing necessary posting order to Smt . K.Swarna Mary , as Deputy Collector , The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take necessary further action in the matter and also requested to furnish the native district and contact phone number of the above newly promoted officers to the Government for record purpose .
