ICNC-FSKD is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to presentthestateoftheartofmachinelearning,dataminingandintelligentmethods inspired from nature, particularly biological, linguistic and physical systems, with applications to computers, systems, control, communications and more. We are delighted to receive many submissions from around the globe. After a rigorous review process, the accepted papers are included in this proceedings.
