Hot Spot Areas Patrons 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (16 years of age or older) in the Whirlpool, Sauna or Steam Room. Taking these easy steps now will protect you in the future. How to fit your Helmet: Every helmet should be CSA approved and be easily adjustable. It should rest half an inch above the eyebrow. The chin strap should fit snugly under the chin; if more than one finger fits between the strap and the chin, the helmet is too loose. It is recommended, especially for younger children, to have a face mask on your helmet. This will help prevent damage to teeth, chin and mouth, common injuries in skating.
