October 26, 2018, and was modified on December 28,2018. Your modified request is for
informational and educational materials distributed in correctional facilities about housing
options within the city of Omaha available to inmates post-release.

We estimate that it will take NDCS staff hours to complete your request. ln accordance with
Neb. Rev. Stat. $ 84-712(3), the first four hours of this staff time are provided free of charge.
Additional NDCS staff hours will be charged to you at a rate of $20.14lhour, for an
estimated cost to you of up to $100.70.
lf you would like to proceed with this request at a cost to you of up to $100.70, please inform
me in writing within ten (10) business days. Given the number of requests we are currently
processing, we estimate that we would be able to complete this request within twenty (20)
business days of receiving your affirmative response.
