Dedication
The class of 2010 would like to dedicate this yearbook
to the entire "Weaver High School Family", past and
present, which includes students, teachers,
administrators and support staff. Opened in 1920,
Weaver High is scheduled to close in June of 2011. It
has been, and will be synonymous with secondary
education in the North end of Hartford. Weaver High
has been the home of famous writers, athletes, artists,
and countless others who went on to become
productive members of society. Though it may have
had a less than glamorous public image at times; those
of us who went to school here or worked here will
remember it fondly as a school where we all learned
the subject matter, and learned about life as well. This
is how the class of 2010 will remember Weaver High
School, and we hope that you will too.
