Minutes:
 The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm by Kevin Feeley. Robert Greeley seconded the
motion. Voted unanimously.
 In attendance, Mary Winstanley O’Connor, Robert Greeley and Paul Tierney.
 Robert Greeley motioned to approve the minutes from the December 16, 2019 meeting. Mary
Winstanley O’Connor seconded the motion. Voted unanimously.
 The Board discussed correspondence received.
 Robert Greeley motioned to enter Executive Session at 5:35. Mary Winstanley O’Connor seconded
the motion. Voted unanimously.
 Robert Greeley motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:45. Kevin Feeley seconded the motion. Voted
unanimously and the meeting adjourned.
