Minutes:
• The meeting was called to order at 3:00pm by Mary Winstanley O’Connor. Kevin Feeley
seconded the motion, voted unanimously.
• In attendance: Kevin Feeley, Mary Winstanley O’Connor, Robert Greeley and Paul Tierney.
• Mary Winstanley O’Connor motioned to approve the minutes from the January 19, 2021
meeting. Kevin Feeley seconded the motion, voted unanimously.
• Mary Winstanley O’Connor motioned to enter Executive Session at 3:05. Kevin Feeley
seconded the motion. Adjourn regular session to enter executive session.
• Mary Winstanley O’Connor motioned to adjourn the meeting at 3:40pm. Kevin Feeley
seconded the motion, voted unanimously and the meeting adjourned.
