RE: Colorado Open Records Act request

We received the records request seeking “briefing room” materials exchanged
between officials at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office and individuals
affiliated with the Rule of Law Defense Fund and the Republican Attorneys General
Association between June 1, 2017, and December 31, 2018. We have no records
responsive to your request.

Under section 24-72-205, C.R.S., we are entitled to reimbursement for reasonable
costs associated with copying expenses and for staff time. Your request did not
result in any charges due.
